GROUP SESSIONS

At Path of the Horse, we help people reconnect with themselves, each other, and the natural world.

Our equine-assisted group programs offer a calm, supportive space for reflection, teamwork, and genuine connection.

Whether you’re part of a community group, family, school, or workplace, our sessions with horses invite collaboration, clear communication, and emotional balance.

Each group session is tailored to your goals, whether you’re seeking personal growth, stronger team dynamics, or simply a shared moment of stillness and insight.

Who We Help

We help people of all ages and backgrounds who want to grow, reconnect, and build stronger foundations and relationships, personally and professionally.

We work with:

  • Groups from the general community

  • Couples and families

  • School and Carers Groups

  • Corporate, business, construction and workplace teams

No horse experience is needed, just curiosity and openness. Through guided, ground-based experiences, participants discover new ways to build trust, strengthen relationships, and foster resilience.

Equine-Assisted Sessions for Growth, Connection & Wellbeing

Non-Therapy Groups/ Therapy Groups/ Experiential / Relational/ Transformational

Our sessions invite you to take a break from the rush of everyday life and spend time connecting with yourself and the people around you. You don’t need any horse experience to join in. Everything we do is safe and done from the ground. Whether you're seeking therapeutic support, a meaningful experience that brings people together, or personal or professional development, our equine-assisted sessions offer a fresh and powerful approach.

When we spend time with horses, we slow down, pay attention, and become more aware of how we show up in the world. This helps us build calmness, confidence, clear communication, and stronger relationships.

That’s why equine-assisted personal and professional development works so well for couples, families, groups, and workplace teams seeking meaningful, lasting change.

We need your support!

We operate as a self-funded charity, and the upkeep of our trained, happy, and healthy horses, along with maintaining our leased property, is a time-consuming and costly endeavour.

Your support plays a crucial role in enabling us to continue our mission. Whether it's through a donation to aid our clients, sponsoring a horse, providing horse feed, or contributing to facility improvements, every bit of assistance makes a significant impact.

If you share our commitment to making a positive difference, we invite you to reach out and explore the various ways you can support us.
